During the Daytime

 Our technology allows us to get access to your systems, with your permission, and be
virtually on-site within seconds. If we are unable to solve the problem immediately, one of
two things will happen. Given an urgent request, an engineer will be dispatched,
according to our support contract, to resolve the problem at the troubled location. Or, the
work will be coordinated for later resolution.

 If the issue is non-critical and the client decides to wait until the next planned visit, our
help desk services will document the problem and schedule the work along with other
services.

At Night, Weekends and Holidays

 Support engineers are always available to respond to your IT needs, even during non-
working hours. If you phone with an emergency or submit an email to our support group,
our engineers are notified, and someone will contact you.

  If you require specific response times beyond our normal service level, we will include
your requirements in the Managed Services contract, which becomes part of the
engineer's support instructions that are filed for each client.

  With our ConnectWise Help Desk system, you'll be able to track issues online just as
we do. We document the problems and solutions, as we do the work. And, you'll have the
benefit of first-class reporting.
