Getting Started
A Managed Services contract typically involves three phases. We work closely with you to
minimize the impact on your operations.
Phase 1
First, we examine and document your network and your IT components. The
deliverables form this phase include the following:
Phase 2
Based on our recommendations and an agreed upon scope of work, we will make
modifications and upgrades to your system, if needed, to efficiently manage and secure
your network.
We will make sure all systems are brought up to the latest patch level. And then we will
install monitoring software and possibly probes.
Phase 3
The third phase is, essentially, a maintenance operation. We engage in ongoing
monitoring, fine tuning and regular preventive measures.
Once we have begun Phase 3, we will work with you on any expansion projects or any
other goals you may have for your business.
